Johnson Fitness and Wellness – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Been having trouble getting a refund as they charged me twice for a treadmill. One with a finance loan, which is the one I wanted to go with in the first place and 2nd on my credit card. They claimed that they refunded me on my credit card, which this did not. Tried to speak with multiple people in the Des Moines area, but this has been going on for almost a month and no refund. I filed a chargeback, but am having issues with this as well. I spoke with a corporate worker as I did not know where else to turn. I was then threatened by this lady that my warranty would be revoked because of this. I explained to her that they were paid via the finance loan. Again she continued to threaten me that they would revoke my warranty because I am asking for my money back when I was charged twice. I have been given minimal help and it seems like it has been an on-going cycle. I have tried my best to be calm and know that things take time. Wells Fargo has been less then helpful in this matter since they financed me. At this point once I was threatened by whomever this lady was, wish I could remember her name, I will no longer plan on shopping with this company again. It sucks that a decent experience has turned into this. I hope that the issue is remedy at some point, but once I was threatened and told all this misinformation by someone at corporate I guess I will continue to just wait and hope Wells Fargo will help, but I would encourage them to go through a different loan servicer.

What Customer Service? It doesn't exist. Purchased the Horizon Indoor Cycle 7.0. The unit was faulty straight out of the box, the motor to control resistance is faulty. Contacted support (int.) and they told me to submit a ticket online, which I did. Got a phone call a few days later which sounded quite promising that I'd have the bike repaired pretty quickly. It's been >two weeks and I have had no communication from them. I tried to call the customer support line, doesn't matter what option you choose, you always get directed straight to voicemail ! Brand new $950 (that was after the half price special) cycle straight out of the box and it's a lemon.

I have been purchasing many thousands of dollars of gym equipment from Leesburg Johnson Fitness for over 9 years. Yesterday I had an assault bike delivered and assembled. Luis is my go to Fitness Equipment representative. He is hands down the best, most responsive, customer oriented salesman i have ever met, bar none!

Just purchased a matrix treadmill for the home. First, we have been using it for 2 weeks. Absolutely love it! I know it’s more expensive than the big box store units but, you get what you pay for. Next the experience at the store was great. Dawson and Dale were great. Everything happened exactly the way they/ we planned. I would recommend Johnson Fitness with a 5 star rating. We bought an old-school Stairmaster from Johnson Fitness a week and a half ago. We had a great experience. We got a fair price and outstanding customer service from Ted G., store manager, who went out of his way to help us. So far the equipment is working very well. Thanks!
