Ordering iPad online was good. Also pleased at 2 year warranty. Arranged pickup at Eastbourne Waitrose also okay, but was a little concerned that I was not asked for order number or ID. My name only was sufficient for the package to be handed over.

Brilliant customer service at John Lewis (Oxford Street)). I needed a new phone ASAP. I had excellent, balanced, advice from the advisor, who was extremely patient as I made up my mind. Excellent customer service also from tech support. Unlike many other retailers, there was no “hard sell”. JL can’t be beaten in my experience.

Great customer service throughout the store, so friendly and helpful. Its a pleasure to shop in John Lewis with good quality products a great selection of brands interesting and attractive displays. I like how they put together new stock and show how to style in store, and enjoy a visit to the cafe for yummy coffeecand cake. I also use the click and collect either in JL store or waitrose, i can select a convenient pick up on way home from whereever i am that day, in the office, wfh or at weekend shopping and this is also a great option.

Straightforward secure ordering, well packaged goods and was delivered very quickly by Royal Mail. The occasional return is straightforward as well. Very happy customer. Loved my new cushions & chose them to go with my fabulous pouffe I’d ordered at the same time. Arrived together 2 days after ordering.

Placed order online for collection at local Waitrose. Received message that goods were ready for collection, used app to let the store know I had arrived to collect, and waited no longer than five minutes for my packages to be brought to me. Very easy ordering and totally smooth process from beginning to end.
