Customer service at the Allesandro store in Riverside, CA. was amazing! Morgan was very helpful! Very knowledgeable about all of the options and very friendly. Will be going back there for sure!

The over all quality of the sandwiches is fantastic. I don't like the fact they cut the bread in half. Every good sub I've had most of my 67years the bread is hinged. I would of given Jersey Mike's a 5 star rating had not cut the bread in half. It's a lot harder to enjoy with the insides squeezing out of all 4 sides.

Hello!! I couldn’t find a comment section (may have missed it), but I wanted y’all to know what an outstanding job your crew in Edinburg is doing. My husband is a vegetarian and after years of looking for a vegetarian hoagie- we found you ❤️ We almost never grab “fast food”, but gave y’all a try. LIFE CHANGING. I am not exaggerating. I’ve gone from cooking every night for my husband , but now he asks me to hit JM’s. The Portobello hot one is his fav. Oddly enough, being from Philly, I love the Philly Cheesesteak. Only thing that would make it PERFECT is an Amoroso bun. But, that won’t stop me. A young man named Aiden makes the best! I’m sure that you’re hungry after reading this dissertation, I rcmd EVERYTHING 😊

Mario , at store 8100 transit road was amazing he is 19 years old but has the best energy ever . He’s personal and strives to achieve great service , it’s great to see a young person with good energy and respectful. He has a awesome work ethic ! Happy customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today was my daughter's and I first time eating jersey Mike's food. We are foodies so we love to try new food. My friend had turned me on to them 2 years ago when they first came to my little city Flint Michigan and let me say I'm upset I hadn't visited sooner. First of all, ALL the emoyees had excellent customer service. They rock. Second I bit into the Philly steak and the cheese was so melted I almost kissed the sandwich. I would have given a 5 star but I really wanted turkey and provolone but it was served cold. I want the option. But I will tell you this Jersey Mike's is 25 minutes from my home, idc, I'll make that drive and you have earned a lifetime customer. I am calling their manager tomorrow to tell them how wonderful the staff was. Nomore Big John's, no more Subway, nomore Charlie's, no more Mancinno. I love you Jersey Mike.
