Amazing company. I loved the whole experience. Their site is very user friendly and gave great detail when explaining the different qualities of diamonds. The filter options made it easy to find the perfect diamond with the exact specifications I was looking for. I liked that you could view GIA reports for each stone. Their customer service is awesome and they are a trustworthy company. I had to have my ring resized and upon its return I got my loop out and was able to verify “My” diamond’s unique qualities and the GIA number on the diamond itself! And don’t let me forget presentation! My ring was delivered beautifully, in a quality box with a beautiful red ring box sitting nicely centered for presentation. The box has a bottom drawer which contains all your paperwork. It included a copy of my GIA report and an official appraisal. There was also a card with a QR code for Jewelry Mutual if you’d like to have your purchase insured. I did. And with the QR code Jewelry Mutual was able to pull and verify the details and appraisal for my ring directly from James Allen. This made that process extremely easy also. I am in Love with my ring and I am in Love with the whole experience!
