Jamali Garden – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I bought 30 of the same item sold as a bud vase only to receive what is obviously a votive holder and will not work for the intended use. Customer service was rude and refused to accept a return on the items. They eventually stated ignoring my emails. Super lame.

this store sells a lot of great things but I must say they have the worst customer service I ever encountered. If you miss the 7-day dead line, they would not help you with returns or exchange. Not even store credits. Policies should never be written in stone. Not being able to be flexible only makes people not want to do business with you. I would not recommend this website unless you know what you want 100%. There are pleny of stores out there that sells the same things.
