IRO – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

They have improved their customer service and are now responding to emails with useful information. IRO takes care of the import duties but the customer still gets an email from the courier demanding payment so that was a bit confusing. They have now explained how this works. I don’t know if their phone number is available now but at least you get a response by email in a reasonable timeframe. I thought it was only fair to share this given my previous review was about their poor customer service.

I ordered a few things, some didn’t work for me. I called customer care who walked me through creating a return authorization on their website and they sent me a new return label while I was on the phone. I was refunded a week and a half after I dropped the return in the mail. They must have worked out their customer service issues.

Great clothes! Ordered two skirts, returned the one of them and get refunded after a few days! I don’t understand the bad reviews!

Had some difficulties with a refund on return , because of Italian warehouse errors and missing client support staff. Finally everything finished nicely and Iro even offered me a free product as an excuse. But their management should get aware that there are issues in the processes that should run smoothly. But thanks to the person who managed my issue via their messaging on Facebook!
