Due to issues with a Cpanel update from Python 2 to Python 3, our Mailman 2.2.0. email and mail list programs had problems with access o-and adding subscribers. CPanel knows about this and there is a long term fix in place (per Interserver escalation team). However the short term is unknown and according to Mailman gnu the most stable version is 2.1.39 So I did not understand the reason initially why we were being migrated. this took awhile to figure out, and in the end it was a change to the name servers which re-installed us to Mailman 2.1.39. We now have mail that works again and Interserver and John Q. needs to be thanked.

I have been using Interserver for at least 5 years and the Interserver staff and support has very quickly responded to any road blocks, difficulties or simply questions on making their product work. Recently, I needed to migrate my account to another server; and I have been very skeptical on the multitude of problems that can arise with a server migration (especially all my saved emails and the extensive inventory system of my wife's Jewelry Business Website). After assuring that they would not delete the data on the old server until I was up and running on the new server, the migration was completed within 24hrs. Everything was up and working properly on the new server and is now working flawlessly. In addition, I joined them awhile back for the price guarantee on account renews!
