Instacart – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I being using this app i didn’t even knew it existed, I hate grocery shopping to the core, so I rather pay for the service, SO WORTH IT!! due after work I just want to relax, saves money gas, time, hassle, everything! Worth it 1’000,000,000

It's a shame there are so many poor reviews for Instacart because I have had stellar experiences with them! I started using them in 2019 after having a major surgery. Since then, I've relied on Instacart whenever I've just been too busy or too tired after work to get to the shopping. You know how easy it is to just eat junk because you're tired and don't want to shop for fresh ingredients? Instacart has been a godsend. Oh, and if they do mess up....just go to the site to report a problem and they fix it instantly. I've gotten instant credits towards my next shopping trip or they refund your credit.

They reminded me that they’re going to auto-renew my yearly subscription that I never use, so I was able to cancel before being charged for another year. I was impressed by the transparency.

The shoppers are always on time, pick out great fruit and vegetables. The are all very friendly. I have been ordering through Instacart since July of last year. It took me a while to figure out how to review this company. I am grateful when I do interact upon delivery of my items, the shoppers always have a smile on their face. This tells me they are happy with their job.

I really beg to differ about Instacart and their bad reviews. I haven't used Instacart for a long while. But I was on vacation and was at a resort condo and used them for grocery delivery. My experience with the shopper and delivery was spot on. I realized after the fact that I inadvertently signed up for their paid for delivery service. I was charged $99. On a Sunday afternoon I contacted Customer Support and told them my situation and the $99 withdrawal. The Customer Support rep guided me and I cancelled the service and after I hung up saw an email my service was canceled and I was being refunded $99. All this on a Sunday Afternoon. No problem contacting Customer service and an immediate refund. I'm surprised why so many people say they cannot contact customer service... my experience was exceptional. Thank ypu Instacart.
