Suggestion: It would be helpful to add instructions on 'how' to get the mechanism that holds the ink cartridge, to the middle of the printer window, before attempting to change cartridge. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. However, I placed my order on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday, worked perfectly the first time with no problems. I ordered both ink toner and drum units. I have had problems in the past with my model laser printer accepting the less expensive brands but had no trouble with the units Inkjets.com sent me. Pricing was well below the name brand replacement cartridges.

I don't know about this website. I am a drop-shipper and I have visited their website for purchasing products. But there is nothing matching my criteria. I just want to you that purchase any kind of product on your behalf. I don't know anything.... hahahahhahaha

I ordered toner for my laser printer. I installed it yesterday and had no issues, I was able to print with no problems.

This place is great. I order a 4 pack replacement for my DELL E525W printer. There was a small issue with the order (wrong item sent). Went on line and used their chat service. In 10 minutes my issue was resolved and replacement toner was sent. Installed the replacement toner and they work great! For the price and the excellet customer service you can't go wrong. I will be ordering again.
