InkCartridges – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

ZERO star rating. Do NOT buy from inkcartridges.com – they are thieves. They sent me an 18-month expired cartridge (date printed right on the box). Multiple customer service agents gave me the same, well-rehearsed excuse and refused to send a new cartridge. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a blatant lie.

Wish i could give minus stars. I had about 15 cartridges. After a cartridge leaked and ruined the printer, i had to purchase a new one. I was told by inkcartridges i could return them for refund or credit. I mailed cartridges priority so i know they were received. They never let me know. I was told i had a credit- i requested a refund. They kept telling me they needed to check with accounting- about 20 times over 5 months😣. I got a partial refund and then had to fight for complete refund. They refunded me a bit more, and i’ll lose the rest. Just can’t deal with them anymore😵‍💫

Won't order from again! Constantly get emails with "sales" and free shipping so we were needing cartridges for our business and I ordered. Confirmation said we'd receive in 1-4 business days, but then I never received tracking or anything that stated they were on the way. After several days (5), I called and was told they were on "backorder" and it would be 1-2 weeks! So, I said that I wanted the order cancelled and a refund. Was told I would. We needed them in 1-4 days, not 2 weeks!! After 5 more days go by with no refund, I contacted again and was told they were on the way!! So basically I was lied to the first time!! Will NOT be ordering from this company again!!

In my opinion, this company operates as if they're about to go out of business. Very shady. Beware! You can read the recent reviews. They won't reveal when items are out of stock or on back order. Website promises "in stock" and touts 4 business day delivery. They charge your card in full but don't have the product! Nothing on the purchase receipt indicates any delay or problem and there wasn't any further communication. Shipment just didn't arrive! I contacted them and they said they had no idea when I'd receive my cartridge. It would likely be weeks or months. "it's on backorder" "our systems are experiencing problems" Their reasons changed every time I contacted them. One rep claimed they don't charge the customer's credit card until the items ship. They charged my card in full the second I ordered. Basically I paid in full for product they claimed to have, but didn't and now say they can't get. But they're still holding my money. Seems scammy to me. They also falsify their BBB rating on their website: the BBB icon shows "A+" but they actually earned an "F" Steer clear of this company.

Everything shows as available and EVERYTHING is backorder, tried 3 times, almost a month all of them. Never more
