Wonderful above and beyond service for a recent order. We have been an Imprintplus customer for several years and they always do an excellent job and try their best to find solutions to our requests. I had a large event this weekend and our rep was not available, but thank goodness for Soni, she jumped right in to ensure our order was properly communicated to production and made it in on time to have it rushed. She made continued followups with production, us and other internal teams to get us the badges within 1 day as our event required. She even stayed late and then called after our event to make sure that all items received were correct and to ask if the event went well. Thank you Soni for coming to the rescue and for all the work you put in to ensure we and our client received what they needed for such a last minute order.
