Il caffè è ottimo e lo shop on line anche. Periodicamente fanno offerte concorrenziali rispetto a qualsiasi altro shop. Certo, più acquisti, più risparmi. Ma non c'è pericolo di non dormire la notte per il troppo caffè: è ottimo anche il deca.

Esperienza ottima con assistenza illy. La macchina caffè iperespresso dava segnale di alert nonostante avessi effettuato la decalcificazione. Una cortese signorina (Monica, bravissima!!!!) ha inviato le procedure da seguire per risolvere i vari problemi. Il tutto con tempestivi scambi di email. Dopo pochi giorni ho risolto il problema e la macchina è tornata a funzionare. Peraltro confermo quanto riportato anche nelle recensioni negative, ovvero che il caffè con questa macchina è veramente superiore. Dario

Illy cold brew besteld, 12-pack ontvangen die nog slechts een maand houdbaar is. Je mag toch beter verwachten als je via de fabrikant zelf besteld, niet aan te raden dus. Wel snel verstuurd en ontvangen. Edit: Na dit aangegeven te hebben is kosteloos een nieuwe verpakking gestuurd met langere houdbaarheid. netjes opgelost dus
