Amazing CS. Products are okay. Extremely overpriced though. BUT given they have an amazing refund policy I can't complain. Not many places will allow returns of used products. I respect that. I've used CS a few times and always been impressed.

(Edited to reflect issue rectified) I ordered a face syrum, had a lip syrup delivered instead. Obviously much cheaper than I had paid.. emailed customer service who have not replied to me. I am not out of pocked for a product I didn't want and can not get hold of anyone. Avoid!

Never ordered from the site directly, but I have a lot of Ilia products. Finally, a clean beauty brand that actually cares about good/quality makeup products which are not harmful to the skin. I'd love to see more products, shades and innovations in the future. Good job!

I ordered the serum me face wash and my skin was very sensitive to the ingredients. The customer service team were amazing, they refunded me immediately and told me to pass on the products, which I did, to my sister and she loves them! What a great company!
