Hello, I just want to give a major shout out to Mr Tony Palafox, he was overly helpful for my first time experience with and issue he went out his way to Listen to me, some what go out the system to overly accommodate me and I love that, he didn’t make me feel like the platform is just here to take or make money from me he gave me care and made me feel like we where a partnership and wanted to see us succeed, so blessings to him and please acknowledge him cause he’s a rockstar

We manage 60 vehicles on hyrecar so getting through tot he correct customer service rep is vital for us. Like every other company there is turnover but we are proud to work with Damian and Judith as customer service reps. THey are the best in identifying gaps and assisting immediately without the run around. Big thanks to the both of them for their promp customer service and reliability to resolve whatever issue is at hand in a timely manner.
