Look I know looking at the reviews you would think the majority of customers have problems and that might be true. I live in Australia and needed a US phone for my US bank account verification messages. I signed up for a PAYG International Package $4.99 a month and could not be happier. They deliver, at least to me, all that was promised.

Wow! A lot of negative reviews. If Hushed was doing what all these reviewers claim, they would NOT be in business any longer, as Hushed would cancel all their clients for no reason! My experience - I tried their service for 1 month with a temporary number. No issues - everything worked perfectly. I then ported my wife's and my cellular numbers to 2 separate Hushed accounts which took about 10 days to accomplish, but all is good and working exactly as expected and advertised. These are personal use lines which we had on cellular service for over 25 years. Now, I'm saving over $1,000 per year per line and if I need cellular data I can just buy a data e-Sim for super cheap per GB from a multitude of providers. (Hushed also has this service through their sister company aloSIM). Customer service specacular - Heather, Brayan, Steph, Rahma and Michael whenever I got nervous waiting for the ports to happen. Answered my questions within a couple of hours each time. Super reliable phone service too. I've been using VOIP applications since they were first invented about 15 years ago, so I know a thing or three about it. Just don't mess with their policies, and you'll be fine.

Ok I am not going to lie.. it took them 15 hours but they restored my account! I am so thankful because when to capped my number it said non existent and also the app wouldn’t let me sign in for all that time but they fixed it. So much more but I’m mostly grateful for their help getting me this back.

I had the same problem as most of the reviewers here. I wasn't able to access my account and couldn't receive password reset emails. I contacted the support 3 times over 2 weeks but no response. Then I visited this page and saw that Heather is asking people to contact her to solve their problems. I emailed her and she replied to me with an apology and recovered my account successfully, so thanks Heather! I don't think they are scammers but I think they have some problems with the users database or something. They should've announced such a thing or fixed those issues by themselves, but in any case they were able to help me quickly and I believe they can help you too.

Great option to use when calling my family overseas!
