I wish there were zero stars to give. I ordered a leather reclining sofa in 7/22. It worked for about 3 weeks. Then one of the electric motors broke. They told me they would grant a $100 "allowance" to have it fixed. It cost $400. Then the other electric motor broke. And then it broke for a third time. Clearly, I have a defective sofa. I have never received any compensation for my repair bills. Their most recent offer is to replace the sofa, but I have to pay shipping ($500) and they will not take away the broken sofa! So my sofa has only worked for three weeks, I've spent $800 in repairs, for which I have not been reimbursed. And now they want me to pay to have a new sofa shipped and pay to have the broken sofa removed! What a nightmare!
