Was super nervous about ordering from this company but I can't fault it. Needed to change something on my order, it was done super quick with no issues. Customer service was excellent and the items arrived in the UK 3 weeks later. The dress and chemise are gorgeous, beautifully made and i can't wait to wear them!!

I was afraid after reading all the bad reviews accusing of scam, but I was relieved when I finally received the notification of shipment. It's true that it took a month since ordered til shipment, but the package arrived from India to France in just a few days! And finally when I tried the dress + blouse, it was perfect. The quality is good for the price, and the best is that the bustier and the belt are built in a way that you can adapt to your body type so it fit perfectly. I don't give the five stars just because it takes a long time to process the order, but I'm happy in all the other aspects and it's a pity I can't put a picture in here...But it's my profile photo so you can try to see it.

I have ordered from Holyclothing many times ( over $1000 AUD within 2 years) I am very surprised by its low rating, but I understand the comments in some of the negative reviews. There are alot of things Holyclothing could improve on, but I have to at least give 4 stars because I personally have gotten so much use out of the clothing. This is my favourite brand, but my comments bellow are honest about the cons. --- The Clothes --- The clothes are good quality. Beautiful embroidery. Many of the skirts and dresses have pockets. There have been a few loose threads but nothing has been damaged. The dye they use smells, but after a wash the smell goes away. I recommend washing separately and gently. Alot of the pieces go together well, and also go with other items I have in my wardrobe. I can wear some items as casual everyday clothes. They get alot of compliments. I ADORE Holyclothing's SKIRTS. Most of the skirts are quite warm and suitable for cooler weather. (I have purchased at least 4 different skirts, not including colour varients) I love the bodices (3 purchased). Most come with a zip so you don't have completly undo the lace-up front. They also sell simple tunic tops that are super comfortable and I love to layer underneath. --- Sizing --- It is hard to talk about sizing because my size/weight varies frequently. They have a measurement chart on the website under each item so that is helpful. The skirts waist has fit me even though I have changed size, but it is noticeably looser when I lose weight. The lace-up garments have been ok because I can tighten it if it's too big, and vice versa. If your bodies measurements don't vary too much you should be fine if you use the size chart. --- Shipping --- Shipping takes a long time. The more items you order at once, the longer it will take to be shipped out. I have received all my items EVENTUALLY. It can take months though... do not order if you need a garment for a specific occasion. On some occasions it has been quite fast, but expect delay. They handmake each order in India as each order comes through (ie they only start making it after purchase) I like this because it is more environmentally friendly. Once the items have been shipped out, it doesn't take longer than 2 weeks to get to me in Australia. Sometimes the order can be separated into two differnt parcels, delivered separately. But all items accounted for. --- Customer Service --- Through email, customer service has resolved my issues. They have changed my order when I realised I ordered the wrong size, and they refunded me the excess money when I wanted to change my order. --- Website --- They are using some pretty dodgy marketing practices on their website. There is always some sort of counter "X Hours left before it's gone". The counter refreshes everytime you visit. However there are some limited edition items that are not always available. For example, each month or so they will introduce a special colour. Occasionly they do "Retired Items" where they sell items that are not usually available on the website. They also send you emails with titles like "About your order Lisa!" and it's actually just advertising, and nothing to do with your order. My advice is to not rush because of these dodgy practices. Be patient and don't buy out of fear of scarcity. Items quite often come back in stock. You can also email and request the item (for a higher price) if it is not available and you can't wait.

Bought a dress because I thought I had a bonus coming up, and had to cancel the order after all. Got my refund after a day. Despite the reviews, I’ll probably try to get my hands on a dress at some point. Customer service seems fine to me.

I really don’t get all the negative reviews. Everything was great for me. Shipping was said to take 6-9 weeks but it arrived within 4 weeks, which is absolutely fine considering the items are made to order. The dresses are overall great quality and I’d love to order again.
