Buyer beware. Only way to get a refund is if you don't open the package. I ordered and not what I expected. Was willing to return. Oh no they said their roots were healthy and I changed my mind. No i didn't Just didn't get what I expected Worst customer service ever. I called the day i received the package and now fighting with them through Paypal.
Dead plants that are starter plants. I paid over $400.00 for dead plants. Holland bulb refuses to refund me my money. My daughter purchased over $300.00 in Tulips bulbs and only 5 bulb grew. Do Not purchase from this company. The shipping of these plants are very poorly packed. They are the WORST. THEY ROBBED MY DAUGHTER AND I OVER $700.00. SEE YOU IN COURT.
I ordered a great number of bulbs as I have used them in the past. my most recent order was filled with dozens of moldy and unusable bulbs. I have sent photos and I still cannot get them to replace bulbs or refund me.

I honestly don't understand all the bad reviews. I have had nothing but good luck with Holland Bulb Farms - fast shipping and superior products. I am getting ready to order again for fall planting - their tulips and daffodils are wonderful!!
