I used this company to buy replacement propellers for my quadcopter. I ordered 2 bags that were supposed to be 2 forward and 2 reverse per bag. I opened the first bag and found that it was three forward and only one reverse. It is like the propellers were just randomly placed in the bag, two red and two black. The handling time was also fairly lenthy. In the end, the imbalances in the order largely cancelled out and I can use 7 of the 8 props that they sent. Not really that bad, considering the super low price.

Bought a Coota amphib plane two years ago and had nothing but trouble getting help. Next to impossible to talk with a real person except to order something. Always got "We are experiencing a heavy call load. Please hold or try later." After holding 45 minutes several times, got disconnected. Very annoying to hear the recording say "Your call is very important to us" when it obviously isn't. When I was lucky enough to get through to someone, the info I got was wrong. Nice planes, but I won't buy. Went to RCdiscuss.com as instructed but can't open. I bought a TM912 simulator and was told that downloads were free. Now I learn that I have to pay another $40 for the ClearView software to use it. No instructions came with it. Supposedly fully explained on Video but found this vague and useless. Now told that the "free" downloads are only for a trial period. Product line and marketing are impressive, but grossly inadequate back-up.

Friends told me about the low price at hobbypartz.com. Tried their blue lipos and got to admit it is the best quality and best price i ever seen in this hobby ever in my life! thanks for making my hobby so affordable. Thank you hobbypartz

I order 3 parts from hobbypartz for my 450 heli one part was what I ordered and looked just like the picture on there website. The other two parts were not like the picture that I ordered from. I ordered a 400 Alpha 3500KV motor and they sent me a motor that was no where near to what I ordered, matter of fact it looked like something that you would get off one of those auction sites. I emailed there manager and emailed pictures of wrong parts and they reshipped my order, again they sent me the wrong motor. I emailed there manager again and sent pictures of the wrong motor, he said that although the motor that I received may look different it was the same... All I WANTED WAS THE MOTOR THAT I ORDERED BASED ON THE PICTURE ON THERE WEBSITE. I also ordered a set of tail rotor blades which were suppose to be white in color they kept sending me black ones... not the ones in the picture on there website. MY QUESTION WOULD BE, IF HOBBYPARTZ WON'T SEND YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED BASED ON THE PICTURE ON THERE WEBSITE THEN WHY DO THEY EVEN BOTHER HAVING A PICTURE OF THE PRODUCT ANYWAY? I SHOULD SAY... BUY AT YOUR ON RISK!... IT SEEMS TO BE A CRAP SHOOT WHEN YOU ORDER PARTS FROM HOBBYPARTZ! YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO GET. I HATE TO GIVE SUCH A LOW RATING BUT HOBBYPARTZ EARNED IT!
