Heels – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered 3 pair of shoes from Heels.com, however they only shipped 2 but charged my account for all 3. When trying to contact them via phone a recording stating they are busy servining customers plays, press 2 to leave a message and the voice mail is full. I've called and emailed them several times with no response. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

I ordered the Qupid Quincy Black Nubuck Pu, I received the shoes in fast shipping and they are beautiful and look great on. I ordered a half size bigger, and I was going to use Dr.Scholls foot cushion in case it was a little big. But they actually fit me very well and very comfortable. I guess Qupid shoes run a little small, I'm very happy I ordered them. I will definitely order from heels.com again.

Da mine sko forsvandt i posten og jeg ringede til heels.com's kontor i USA fik jeg den bedste kundeservice.. Jeg da hun kunne se på ordrenr. at skoene var væk spurgte hun med det samme om jeg ville have et nyt par tilsendt eller have pengene retur og under hele samtalen var hun så sød, rar og imødekommende.. Det kunne danske virksomheder lære noget af.
