To try out headspace medtations and to close my eyes and do some deep breaths to help me It been helping me out a lot to help me if I feel stress about something I tried it out this evening I just want to say that more people try headspace Maybe mums should suggest their kids try it out for themselfs and it makes you feel better I want friends or family to try headspace medtation one day to see how relax they would feel afterwards I feel like I feel better after doing it I feel like I shouldn't worry too much about things

Totally love this app and recommend it to most of my clients. Never heard anyone have a problem with the free version and if you have a student. ID email, it's very, very inexpensive.

I’d like to thank Michelle I from customer support. I’ve been using head space for about 2 years with my army job. Unfortunately I have left that business and I’m now a veteran. I’ve noticed the other evening that my headspace wasn’t working but I’m no longer a part of the army. I’ve used headspace a lot to help my anxiety and to sleep better with background noise. Headspace has changes my life. It's the best, simple, straightforward app that covers topics specifically for you. I've used this for years and now, so are my family members. I'd highly recommend it.
