The Headset Buddy – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Was good at first they sent me a headset but it kept falling out of the headphones then they said they knew about the problem and would send me one from the new batch they had coming in they asked me for my address to send it to and I gave it to them then nothing so I chased it again and they asked for my address 3 times I gave it to them and nothing now no reply and no contact!!

I ordered my headset from Sweden which took quite a while to receive it but that is not the issue. The issue is that the headset connection is quite bad and the company doesn't answer on my email about this problem.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience all in all. I placed an order on the 4th of January, and paid for shipping that would have the package arrive at latest 9 business days later, according to the order summary on HBs webpage. The package is now lost, or has not moved for three weeks according to the carrier, and HBs won't respond to emails or contact attempts through their webpage to help sort it out. The support part of their webpage is also broken, which adds to the annoyance. I would advice potential customers to stay well away from HB, given how they have (or have not..) handled my order.

Was a bit hesitant to order from this site since it was unknown to me. But everything went smooth - ordered 2 items and both arrived in working ordered and in a timely manner. Customer service was a bit slow but replied quickly when i asked about my ticket.
