Hayneedle – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered a set of bar stools,but realized I had the wrong size. I was able to return the set and order a new set that were the correct height. The product looks great and was shipped efficiently. The return process was smooth, and the customer service representative was courteous and efficient.

Very surprised to see all the bad reviews here. My experience was great! I bought a bed headboard. Checkout was easy, and delivery was much faster than advertised. Five stars well deserved.

I saw a mirror for sale from a company I was familiar with and placed the order and then found out it would be sent out in 4 weeks. I told them I would look around and found the same mirror on Hayneedle and they told me they could get it to me sooner for less. And they did. I still can't believe it. I have it in 11 days and it doesn't have a scratch on it. I couldn't be happier.

I was looking for a shoe storage bench on-line on other sites, got a drop-down notice of a better price at Hayneedle. The price was certainly much better and I almost spontaneously ordered it from Hayneedle. After placing that order I had a sinking feeling and did some quick research on Hayneedle and had immediate Buyers Remorse. The reviews were not encouraging and I started preparing to go to war on this purchase. I was sweating it out for about two weeks then the item was received in good condition and as stipulated. I had no problems. Maybe they are trying to do better, I don't know, but in my case it worked just fine. I can't promise anything but my experience was good. Good luck.

Ordered on October 15, received order on October 23rd. Emails from Hayneedle with updates were (almost all) timely and correct. Area rug was packaged securely and in perfect condition. Exactly as pictured, looks great under dining table. Took off one star because they won't tell you whether your item is returnable until after you buy it, and because they sent an email saying item was backordered when it wasn't, it shipped that same day.
