Nobody answers emails/the telephone number doesn’t work - total waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - it is A TOTAL CON I spent a good amount of money with them and wanted to return a couple of pieces. I do not dare return them they way they suggested in the original package (invoice badly and crookedly typed) and the return address to a shipping company as I don’t believe I will get my money back. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Hanky Pany Lingerie is a HUGE scam. Nobody picks up phone when you would like to exchange or return pricy thongs. Return website is ERROR. Finally, after 1 hour of searching, waiting for chat answer, the return button shows "3 thong package" is NOT RETURNABLE. SCAM!

Was a devoted HP buyer. They're shady with their friends & family 30% discount. New customers beware! Do your due diligence, you can purchase elsewhere if you must, to receive discount that they're restricting.
