I have been purchasing Hanes products for years. I had an order where three items had shrunk and one did not arrive. Called Customer Service and reached a really talented CSR, Jeffrey Hodges. It was one of the best customer service experiences ever. He refunded then reordered the problem items immediately. This guy deserves a raise.

I like shopping hanes online because there seems to be a better color selection. This time I ordered undershirts & pj's. The shirt quality are softer & longer. This was my first time ordering girls pajamas, I must say they are soft & my daughter says they're comfortable. I ordered Dec 27 & received Dec 31.
