Grizzly – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Purchased a bandsaw earlier in 2024. Decided I wanted to get the mobile base. I wrote to the company who told me which one to get. Turns out it’s the wrong size and needs two shorter rails. They delivered me the wrong one August. Told me they would order two of the correct rails. They did and are still on back order. It’s almost three months. Their customer service is horrible. They told Me To get a saw and cut the two I have. Seriously? I paid to hack a new product? How about getting the correct ones and ship already. Have not been able to use a $1000 bandsaw since I got it. Will Never order from them again. Perhaps I’ll try Jet tools next time. I am convinced that customer service is mainly AI generated. I even saved all the emails I sent and received back. Steer clear of here.

Wanted to purchase a colombian number, topped up my account and then when trying to purchase: number anavailable. Lost 3 USD forever which are now topped up.

De kwaliteit van hun grasmachine is gewoon lachwekkend. Deze ging al na anderhalve maand stuk. Het metaal is veel te licht en totaal niet sterk. Eigelijk is dit gewoon een vorm van oplichting. Koop hier geen producten van en zeker niet via de webshop van Lidl. Deze zijn nadien niet meer bereikbaar.

I have no IDEA what all these negative reviews are about some or most are just whiny people. I have had nothing but success with Grizzly Tool. Everything was delivered in a timely matter, I had questions promptly, courteously answered I bought a band saw 40th anniversary edition I noticed it was on sale for 1250.00 then after purchase they lowered the price again I inquired about it and they refunded me the difference. Even had a problem with the zero clearance nylon throat plate for my table saw...they refunded me.. I asked why I didn't get the 5 % off with the add that pops up they applied it. Great people. I spent in the lst month about 5k tablesaw and bandsaw and other misc stuff I would not go anywhere else!

I would like to take a moment to tell you about grizzly....I have bought a few tools from grizzly and I have nothing to say but great among their customer service...any issues I have had they took care care of the problems I am retired and live on a fixed income..so in today's world it's so very nice to see a company with integrity to their customers....I will buy more products from grizzly
