Greyhound – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I like the ride. I'd rather get told "No, it's not this line." So I know that's not where I'm supposed to be, lol. I do get a lot of attitude from the staff. Which makes it very difficult with all the confusion.

I would've gave a 5 star rating, if I was able to get a full refund in my original payment method. It turned out I didn't need my return ride. Which was 8 days away, but they gave a voucher instead *minus 5 dollars for a cancellation fee. **I probably should've read the return policy** but It's down below for anyone who needs it. My experience on my trip was wonderful. The bus ride was comfortable, the noise level in the bus was safe and relaxing. The bus driver seemed knowledgeable, respectful and nice. The interior was very clean. It was an overall very enjoyable bus trip.
