The people who work there are friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable. Integration is made easy with help files. This is especially nice for those of us who don't want professional sites, but put them up as a hobby.

We have tried 4 different hostings before signed up with GreenGeeks. All previous ones have been discarded for various reasons (file upload limitations, support, etc.). The experience with GreenGeeks has been great so far. The support is relatively quick, answers the questions in essence without trying to sell you something (unlike many other hosting platforms). The UI is clean and intuitive. We did not have any major issues, and all our small requests and questions have been answered. The price for a shared plan is also very competitive. Later down the road we might need a dedicated server and then will see how it goes, but the experiece on shared hosting has been just great.
