Goumi Kids – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I purchased a jumpsuit for my baby several months ago to take advantage of a sale. He started wearing this jumpsuit earlier this month. He wore it a few times. It was washed and tumble dried on low heat twice and the fabric shrunk and pilled significantly. My baby is no longer able to wear this jumpsuit due to shrinkage. I reached out to Customer Service and they essentially accused me of lying about the number of times my baby wore the jumpsuit. They said it looked like it had “significant wear”. Yeah, it did. Due to poor quality. They refused to issue a credit or refund. I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.
