I have used GoPuff for over 3 years, since it first came to Dallas. They saved me during the pandemic. I order 3-4 times a week and absolutely LOVE GP, I recommend it to everyone. I find their selection and range of products crazy good, they are very reliable and fast. Out of 200+ orders, maybe 2 had issues, that’s exceptional when you consider human error. And, each time I had an issue, GP refunded me and was very nice about it. The delivery people are great, and lightning fast. Even with fresh foods, I’ve only had one item in the entire history of orders that was spoiled or outdated. And GP customer service refunded me for the entire order! Go Puff is the greatest service ever, where else could you get toilet paper, wine, organic milk, cat food, a wireless mouse, and quality shampoo all in one and delivered in 10-30 min?! LOVE GoPuff.

Please ignore the terrible reviews I have never had a problem with gopuff if I need beer if I need emergency groceries late at night gopuff is always there yes people say there prices are more expensive but they are a company they need to make a profit and there FAM membership is worth the cost like 60 quid a year for free delivery or 6 quid a month

I tried to log in the other day and my account was deactivated due to "suspicious activity". I contacted their customer service to get this resolved. They have since ignored my emails and will not get this taken care of. I have done nothing suspicious. I have placed a total of 6 orders in total since my account was opened. I have never asked for a refund for any of my orders. I have never abused or exploited any of the rewards or bonuses. I have absolutely done nothing wrong. I want to get this resolved. Update 07/09/23: They cleared the hold on my account this morning and I am now able to log in.

Even though My first order and two items were missing out if the 5. I emailed them straight away and they said that they cannot refund it. Since trust pilot, I have been issued a refund and I am very grateful!
