It took a while for my order to be delivered and the prescription wasn’t right but they made it right!! No questions asked they got my replacement frames ordered. I appreciate y’all!!

You don't want my opinion....Overall I like the glasses I order especially the recent ones (my third glasses ordered). They look clear even though they are blue. I haven't seen them transition yet. But what pisses me off is how long they took to come. I paid extra shipping for the first time (third order) and highly upset. Was better off with original shipping. When I tried to reach out on chat, the person was quick to close the chat after sending a long message then was like since no response I'm closing the chat...I wish they could of be sent through UPS or FEDEX instead of USPS. That's my honest opinion. Pleased with glasses, not happy about shipping this time! Thank you people of Goggles4U, happy joy with prices and discounts, ya'll beat America Best Every Time I need new prescription glasses! I refer every time I hear someone say i need glasses!

Customer service is great, quick helpful responses. Large selection (too many??) frames, virtual try-on works too. BUT it took over a month to get my glasses... definitely seemed too long since when I checked my order, my account said the glasses had been made much earlier. I was first asked to review my experience about a week before the glasses arrived! But I'd still order from Goggles4u because of price & quality, both great.
