Today, July 7, 2023. I received special treatment from the Representative named Jordan. He made sure all my emails and domains were updated and secure. Plus, I was able to get discounts on them as well. He was very informative, and he thanked me for my over 20 years in the military and he was glad I was better in my health. In Todays society you get so many people who are dry on the phone and getting information from them is like pulling teeth like the gentleman I talked to early Cruz. He was not welcoming at all. He made me feel like I was wasting his time and he was glad when I hung up. But, Jordan was very inviting and I truly enjoyed spending money to update all my accounts. I was on vacation and discovered my payment info had not been updated for a domain renewal. I did not have my login info with me. Agent understood what needed to be resolved. Helped me quickly and efficiently. Thankfully I did not lose my valued domain.
