Goal Zero – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Purchased a Goal Zero Yeti 3000x solar generator in 2021. Used it once, and kept it plugged into the wall in my home. it died six months ago. Customer support says probably the battery. But, sorry, not only is it out of warranty, but Goal Zero is not accepting their products for service, and does not have a replacement battery for sale. So my family is stuck with a dead emergency generator that we paid top dollar for not even four year ago, and the manufacturer refuses to service it, or even supply parts for it. Boy I am feeling used and abused by Goal Zero.

I emailed Goal Zero for help with a legacy device I bought 15 years ago, and I received an immediate response with a forthcoming solution, even though their warehouse was closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. The requested part arrived today and I couldn't be more pleased with after-sales customer service.

my yeti 1500x doesn't work properly at all. customer service didn't respond to 5 or 6 emails. i gave up. i have to unplug and replug the input to get full recharge ability. if i cloud comes by it will drop watts and then not go back up when the cloud passes and i have full sun. this is a 5k nightmare. thats about the amount of money i have invested in this brand.... im so frustrated i wish i was dead.

I've ordered 5 products from this Goal Zero for me and then my daughter and father. All are excellent and a responsive company.

I purchased a yeti 400 from goal zero and have good service from the Australian branch of the company, I have had a lot of free advice and help from them, thanks guys
