Love the glasses I have a unique problem with getting the new lenses into the old frames. I watched the video. I tried a live chat that went nowhere and have long holds to connect with a person, left message for call back but did not receive any. Customer service wait time is way too long. Talking to a live rep was good.

My doctor gave me the wrong eye prescription and unfortunately it was corrected after GlassShop had already made and delivered my glasses. You remade and sent my new glasses with the correct prescription without a problem and quickly. I only had to pay for shipping. I held back one star because my inexpensive frames very much looks like they are inexpensive.

Always very satisfied with the quality and the value for money. I have shopped many times in the past for myself and family. Reliable, quick and efficient.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars! I just started wearing prescription glasses and got my first pair from a huge optical chain. This is a brick and mortar store that took my optical insurance. They billed my insurance $800. and I had to pay another $300. for frames and progressive lenses. I wished I had gotten Transition lenses so I started looking online and found Glassesshop.com. I ordered my exact prescription with progressive AND transition lenses for $164.34 TOTAL, that’s with no insurance this time. In two weeks I received my glasses in the mail and I LOVE them! Now my overpriced first pair are just back up glasses put away in a drawer. Thank you Glassesshop
