Customer service helped me resolve a problem I had with a broken zipper on a Cargo Bag. They went far beyond what I expected as it was out of warranty. However the bag was still good condition and so was repaired. All of the Gill clothing and gear I own has been of good quality, very fit for purpose and value for money. Highly recommended!

I'm not a frequent customer but have bought Gill water sport products on-and-off for many years and found them to be of very good design and quality. Had recent cause for the first time to contact UK customer service with some after-sales feedback and was blown-away (ha!) by the outstanding responsiveness and professionalism of the experience.

The wetsuit shorts and wet boots I ordered from Gill Marine arrived with in three days as promised. I purchased both of these as "clearance items", They were brand-new, high quality gear in the original factory packages. The Medium Hiking Shorts and the XL Skiff Boots (size 13 for me) fit just fine. I am pleased with the gear, the service and the price!
