GEVI – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I purchased the Geri 2 in 1 Smart Drip Coffee Machine in Oct on Amazon. My thought was that it would save me counter space in my new, smaller home. As I was busy moving and traveling, I didn’t start using it immediately. Since I’ve begun to use it, I’ve had nothing but problems. Especially with the grinder. I’ve never been able to use the grind size button as it will not move. Then the grinder clogged and there were no clear instructions as to how to unclog it. I’m now grinding my own coffee to add. I’ve noticed that the warming plate doesn’t keep the coffee warm enough & I have to microwave it. This is not a good product. Not user friendly and sorry I brought it.

Terrible warranty. Tried to blame me. Accused me of two things which were not true. Offered $100 for a $400 unit.
