The cost of the plan is very reasonable. The claim process was easy. My phone was destroyed by a 6’ brush mower. My deductible was only $100. I only wish it hadn’t taken a little over a week to get my replacement one. Fortunately, the store where I purchased my policy gave me a loaner phone.
