Gerber Childrenswear – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Company charges your card and then doesn't send out your order for weeks. It took over 3 weeks for my order to be shipped, in that time I asked 5 times for customer service to cancel my order. I was told they would try but it might be too late. Too late for what? It's not packed and shipped! You can just cancel it. So obviously I just turned around and sent the box back. You have to pay for the return shipping. And then it takes weeks to get your refund. There are a few phone numbers listed on their website for customer service, none of them work. You can only talk to customer service via email- huge red flag. And then they constantly have 'system issues' so customer service says they cannot help you at this time.
