Gempler's – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Forced to leave a star. Buyer beware. I placed an order on June 17th, 2023 for two items totalling $86.01. My bank was charged, no order confirmation email arrived. I logged into the site to review my order placed only to find "NO ORDERs have been placed" in order history. Called phone number given and was directed to email - my email was blocked. I contated my bank and filled a fraud charge. This company is a scam. 06/22/2023 I am writing to inform customers that I DID recieve my order yesterday 06/21/2023 and a response email with the order number. I upgraded my stars to a three. Service was fast however, their order system needs works. I did contact my bank and dismissed the fraud charge. I no longer think this comapany is a fraud.

Awesome experience! Quality of the jacket I bought was awesome and shipping was super quick. They also sent out a very friendly email to let me know about my order.

Ordered two items I just couldn't find anywhere else... even ordered one of the items from a larger retailer who said that it was in stock and cancelled my order. Gempler's had it, shipped it super fast and the prices were reasonable. Thank you.

I ordered two face respirator and got it in two days. I got an email notification of my order and shipment details.
