I've had Geico auto insurance for 5 years now, and they've been absolutely wonderful. They've repeatedly accomodated my needs, provided excellent customer service, and have great storage plan rates for my vehicle when I'm out of the country (and companies that do storage plans for vehicles are few and far between.) The reps have universally been polite and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Well there has always been good customer service, sometime the hold time is too long but they give you options. There efficient, reasonable and if you have the coverage they take care of you pronto. Spoke to a woman today by the name of Gina L. She was nothing but helpful and very kind. It's people like this that make the experience better. The car was a total loss and they handled thier business and everything went smooth. Thank you for your help guys. Our rep / adjuster Amy Allard has been great as well. Always have had the best prices and great service

Great service faster than promised. Tech was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend. Second time in a week I needed them to jump me off now I have a new battery so I won't need them again for a while. Lol But if I do they are my first choice. Than you guys.
