Garden of Life NL – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

30 juni heb ik producten bij ze besteld voor 130 euro, maar nooit ontvangen. Contact gezocht en ze zouden het leveren, maar is nooit gekomen. Daarna weer contact gehad en ze zouden het bedrag terug storten, want ze hadden de producten niet. Mijn geld retour heb ik ook nog steeds niet ontvangen. Na 3 maanden mailen etc. Ik vind het zeer slechte zaak dat ze dit niet oplossen. Ps: In het verleden was ik wel tevreden over de producten en heb ik wel mijn bestellingen ontvangen. 2 okt mijn terugbetaling na deze recensie ontvangen.

Nooit product ontvangen. Antwoorden emails niet. Scam. Niet bestellen. 40 euro kwijt.

I tried Garden of Life for the first time because it had great reviews online. I regret not coming to Trustpilot first. I tried the vanilla protein powder and it's inedible. It's very grainy, way too sweet, and tastes very artificial. Customer service did refund the few euros that should have been deducted from my first order so that's a plus. However, when I reached out again about my disappointing experience, after a brief exchange they said it's under investigation and have not updated me to resolve the issue yet. Areas of improvement: If a customer is disappointed think of creative solutions some sales and retention skills could be used here like offering different Garden of Life products in exchange. Although I'm unhappy with the protein powder I would have been open to trying other products that I might've liked. Creating a template offering or exchanging products to keep customer satisfaction could help. It's just such a waste of money. Maybe accept returns and recycle the plastic and powder somehow. We're headed towards a sustainable future. Idk but I'm still open to resolving the matter so that both sides are happy. :) ----------------------------------------------------- Update July 5, 2024 Customer service resolved the issue and refunded my order as a gesture of goodwill. I would say customer service in general is 4 stars the product itself is still 1 star for me personally. But they did forward my feedback to their product developers so maybe it improves.

I would not recommend anyone to use the website and the company. 1. It takes more that 2 weeks to get the oreder, as it is shipped from the US, and it isn't stated anywhere. 2. I was not at home and just get a notification that my order is sent back. 3. When I asked for the refund, the support just did the replacement and now I have to wait for another 2-3 weeks. 4. Most of the products you can buy on iHerb much much cheaper. I wish I read reviews before ordering.

Bestelling doet er 10 dagen over omdat het uit Amerika moet komen. Tracking is zonder dat er een tijdstip van bezorging wordt opgegeven. Pakket kwam de opgegeven dag ook helemaal niet. Werd de volgende dag pas bezorgd. Het is ook nog eens duur, het was voordeliger geweest als ik het bij iherb had besteld.
