The customer service agent, Luissa helped me watch game 7 tonight of the MLB post season National League playoffs. However, your overall product is not what I would call customer friendly. Your marketing made me think I could watch all of the MLB post season games, but I only could see the American League. If I knew that up front, I would have kept looking for a better solution with another TV provider. I did not care about anything else on Fubo and reluctantly agreed to the $74.99 price, and then discovered I overpaid by a lot for what I got. Then to top it off I see you hit me with an expensive fee for Regional Sports, which meant nothing to me and my decision to sign up for the month of October. But that fee and taxes added another $20 to my monthly cost to see only the American league games. Hardly a satisfying experience. And not the best way to run a business. Especially since you like to think of your company as an answer to millions of people "cutting the cable!"
