Once I got to Dan things went smoothly. Wish I could have gotten to him without your digital assistant and voice-mail. Needed to put in zip multiple times, and refrigerator model number and confirm name and address. Either have the systems talk to each other or don't ask for the info. Very frustrating. 20 inutes before I could text to someone who could help.

It took forever to get through on the phone but after waiting until later in the day I managed to speak with someone. They were able to set up an appointment to fix my 11 1/2 month old dishwasher two days later. The repairman (an employee not a sub) was on time, friendly, and luckily (!) had my part on his truck. Lots of good conversation re: appliance breakdowns and before I knew it the job was done. Thanks!

Really ... My ex gave me his tall freezer . Is 16 yrs old . It looks new , the seal is amazing. You seriously can't get back in straight after closing the door . No frost. So easy to organise . Best freezer I've ever seen

Bought Frigidaire fridge in Sept. 2018. From reading your sight, apparently fan blew. Spent 30+ minutes on hold for customer service. Cost for someone to come service is $99.95. After buying fridge I didn't purchase extended warranty. Why, you ask - because I didn't expect an appliance to break down after 2 years. I guess workmanship is shoddy and you expect this outcome.

I don't understand any negative reviews about this company based on my experience. I've owned their air conditioners, never a problem. But that could be said of other air conditioner brands. But not the same for defrosters. I've owned a very popular brand - won't mention its name because their service was so polite - and two of those lasted a year or so. Not Frigidaire. Five+ years of use and never a problem and worked better than a combo product (brand name H) when tested.
