Fred Meyer Jewelers – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I took in a bracelet to have it repaired, but the jeweler actually damaged it. What they don't tell you when you take your jewelery in for repair is: if you didn't purchase it at Fred Meyer, it's not covered under warranty. In other words, they only guarantee their products, but not their workmanship. A very sentimental, very expensive bracelet is now one of those pieces I keep, but never wear. The salesman told me they would sell a piece like mine for almost $1000, but I cannot even sell it for $100.....Thanks to Fred Meyer jeweler in Gresham. They paid me $300, but that doesn't fix my bracelet or make it right that they don't cover their work or hire decent jewelers.
