It has turned into a scam!!! I made sure to read the return policy before ordering because I won’t order online if I can’t return for obvious reasons. Only after paying for my items I find out they’re non refundable.. I ordered my items 10 days ago and still have not received them. I ordered a dress for an occasion but it won’t be here in time.. after waiting for an hour for customer service they just tell me over and over my package is on the way. Unfortunately my only option is to dispute the transaction.

Absolute joke! Just like everyone else waited 9 weeks not received anything took money and I can't even claim in back as it was on debit card

I ordered jewelry and after submitting my order and paying there was no confirmation email. This was over 10 days ago. Still no confirmation email. And when I entered order# it says there's no order. So now no jewelry and took my money!!!!!! Do not order from Francesca's online you will be throwing your money away. Calling credit card now. Terrible experience!

Save your money. Its a scam company 200%. I ordered Emporio Armani shoes in white after seeing a website advertising these for an affordable price. Paid with my credit card on 7th May 2023 with promise of delivery in 7 days. Its 11th July 2023, 2 months down the road and no delivery neither any communication or correspondance. On clicking the link in email confirming order. Its website is not available. The company is in Prato Italy apparently from my transaction details. The ''visit our stores'' link is not available. No star from me. They donot deserve even a negative star. complete sham and scam
