This has to be by far the worst company i've ever bought from. I placed an order on March 23rd 2023, it is currently May 5th, I have not received one email back about from them. They keep telling me it's being process it's 6 weeks, I am still waiting & they don't want to reimburse me.

If I could have zero stars I would. Extremely disappointed with them. I was returning customer because I like to support local businesses. Recently placed an order for harnesses for my dog. Discounted product. After purchase I waited a week to call them and see what is going on with my purchase. Lady told me they are behind with production but i should get it following week. I try to be understanding so I thanked her and waited another week. Of course no email from them. This time nobody picked up the phone. I sent email requesting update to my purchase. No response. I checked with my cc so I could get my money back. I found out they canceled my order without even emailing me about it. I waited over 2 weeks for nothing. Please keep in mind I’m in NJ. One state over. Please do not support them. It is expensive and not worth being treated like that. Go to regular small stores and buy something from them. Again I would give 0 stars if I could.

These negative reviews are unfortunate: (1) The one about customs charges apply to any purchase from outside your country - be aware that you will likely be charged customs and duties. That is not Foundmyanimal.com's (FMA) fault - that is your own fault for not doing your own research before importing goods from a foreign country (aka "The price of being stupid"). (2) One of my collars came to me, and it was unfortunately too big for my dog Fozzie - he slipped out of it. I thought I had measured carefully and accurately when looking at their website information on this topic. My dog was on the cusp of sizes and unfortunately the end result was that he slipped out of it three times. I contacted FMA and they told me to donate the one that was a touch too big to my local SPCA, and get a receipt for the donation. I did this, and then emailed FMA the SPCA donation receipt and they sent me a brand new collar in the proper, smaller size. I was impressed by this. It was very hassle-free, and my local shelter got a beautiful new collar. They are true to their word! (3) Regarding the time it takes to receive their products. The first time I ordered from them was in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. It did take longer than I expected to receive their product. They also sent an email stating that production was taking longer than usual. Since then, (on my last three orders), they have been much quicker. It is not next day service, but just be aware that you are paying for a product that is not mass-produced. If you want Amazon speed, then order off Amazon - but if you want beautiful, well-made leashes, collars and other things for your fur-babies, then order off FMA. Just don't leave it to the last minute and you won't be disappointed! To date, I have purchased three leashes and one collar from FMA. They are BEAUTIFUL. I always get comments on them and direct people to their website when they ask where I got them. They also last a long time ... not so much when my dog chews on them, but through normal use, they last me about one year. (The chewing was mostly when he was with dog walkers who didn't keep an eye on him as much as I do when I walk him). At that point when it looks a little weathered, either through colour fading, or chewing, I usually switch it up for another colour, more for me than for my dog :) The collar is amazing for my dog. He used to get massive mattes in his fur around his neck, and now that I use a round rope collar, these mattes have almost disappeared. That alone is worth the cost of the collar to me. The last leash I had did have a problem with the latches (carabiners) breaking. I did not have this issue with the first two leashes. I contacted FMA to tell them about the problem (with a couple photos), and they immediately sent me a replacement. Their customer service is outstanding. Because of these two instances of extraordinary customer service, I will continue to buy their leashes and collars for as long as they are in business. I know that a lot of these sites only attract negative reviews, so please ... if you have also had great experiences from FMA, then please write a review to drown out the negative ones. I really want FMA to stay around for a very long time :)

Love their products. I do not love what I read about this company after googling for ANY positive information. Hopefully they sell themselves to someone who meets what they claim to be about.

Don't buy from abroad, customs charged 30 euros for 50 euros harness... Very slow and inefficient customer service
