As someone who had back surgery for scoliosis 20 years ago and has metal rods and screws down their back, it was inevitable that about 10 years ago I would suffer from chronic lower back and shoulder and neck pain. For the past 10 years I have searched high and low, from high costing modalities like massage and cupping and acupuncture, to lower impact stretching and yoga (I was even an instructor so I know what should be working for my pain) and it took me seeing Forme on Instagram and specific videos about how it works for scoliosis pain, so I had to try it...and boy has my day-to-day changed! I can stand longer at my work desk and find comfort in sitting for longer periods of time too. The Core V neck and Revive Bra help keep my shoulders back sitting or standing, and I have noticed a significant decrease in my upper trap and neck pain. The leggings and shorts help whenever my low back starts to bother me. The products are comfortable without feeling too restraining and customer service is easy to work with. I actually contacted the doctors-specific email of Forme and they recommended what I should use, and they sure know their stuff. You can tell a lot of care and consideration went into making this line. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but it is worth it! Great quality all around.
