It took me a while to get my hot water heater up and running. I had a problem with it so I got in touch with the customer service team and I’ll tell y’all they were great. Living in my camper for five years I am now enjoying my shower time for the first time. Thank you service team.

The water heater works great! It seemed there was little guidance on how to get it wired right, but very pleased overall.

I replaced my Atwood 6 gallon in my Jayco Jayflight. This unit is a huge improvement! I could not be happier. Easy to install (well, there is the mysterious blue wire leftover from the Jayco, lol). I did have to reverse the water inlets from the Jayco; I just grabbed some pex and sharkbites. I was able to keep the bypass this way. So far, best improvement in the RV yet!! Shipping was quick, and changing out the door was super easy! I would highly reccomend!

Water heater works great! Great customer service! Had an issue and it was resolved quickly. There are a couple extra parts needed, but not included or offered during purchase. This delayed the installation of the heater. Installation instructions were pretty vague, but with some common sense it was pretty easy.
