I have ordered from them twice, and will never do so again. While their products are fun and creative, their customer service is terrible. You pay for 7-10 business day shipping, but that's not 7-10 business days from your order (for "in stock" items, which they never ship in one package if you order more than one item), but 7-10 days from when they feel like shipping your package. They do not respond to inquiries to their customer service. My most recent order was placed on 12/2, I inquired about it on 12/12, again on 12/20 with no response to either. My Christmas gift order was received on 1/3. Since you cannot rely on this company to fulfill their orders as promised, nor respond to their customers, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a magnet. It came quite quickly, especially as it was around Christmas. Exactly as ordered and packed very secure. I will order again.

This retailer borders on fraudulent. The first issue I have with this company is their bait and switch approach to collecting my email address for advertisement purposes. I was to receive free shipping for opting-in, which would have saved me $13.95 so I decided to provide it to them. At that time there was no promo code provided to me nor was I redirected to a different page that would apply that discount. I placed my order and then contacted the company to have them provide me the refund for the shipping. I went through two separate email exchanges in which they informed me that, without the code, they could not provide me with the refund. I stated TWICE that no code was provided to me and informed them that if they were not going to credit the shipping back to me then they were to remove my email address from the opt-in list. I stated that what they have done is illegal by collecting my email under false pretenses and should I receive one single advertisement from them that I would report them to the FCC. That said, no refund was provided, and no further contact was made to me even though I stated I wanted confirmation of one or the other (refund or opt-in removed. The second issue I have with them is that, even though my merchandise was made to order and took 2-4 weeks ship, they charged my credit card immediately instead of when the item ships. This is NOT customary and what that does is reduce the amount of time that you have to place a discrepancy on the charge at your bank. Most banks only allow 4 weeks to dispute a charge, which is why it is important to NOT charge my credit card UNTIL IT SHIPS. This company most likely is quite aware of the ticking clock and I suspect uses it to their advantage. Lastly, my last complaint is that this order which takes 2-4 weeks to ship was backordered until mid-December. NO ONE contacted me to advise me of this issue and since the items were intended for Xmas presents this piece of information was pivotal. I only found out about the backorder when I sent an email inquiring as to when it would ship. I, of course, informed them that I am no longer interested in this order and to cancel it with a full refund. This is the first time I've shopped at this retailer, and I can guarantee you I won't ever shop there again. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!

Ordered an item 9/20- paid express shipping 3-5 days... 9/27 requested order status as item had not shipped. 9/28 email indicated would ship “soon”. It is now 10/6 no item, no shipment, no update, no refund. Absolute scam site, will be processing refund through customer service or fraud on card charges.

I placed a last minute (December 4, 2019) order with this company. I had been looking for a "unique" gift for my niece and her "significant other" and found a gift that was perfect for them to "open as a couple" on Christmas morning. This was my first time ordering from this company (I do 95% of my gift shopping online but had never heard of Femail Creations). With their guarantee to have my gift by Christmas, I placed my order that also included a "mini" travel jewelry case that I had been searching for and found on their site.Their catalog (and website) offered items that were unique (one of the reasons I like online shopping) and fairly priced. I still have the box and my PACKING SLIP for the 2 items that were ordered. The packing slip shows the order date was 12/4/2019 and another date (which I assume was their shipping date) of 12/5/2019. I received my order sometime during the week of 12/9/2019 (I was THRILLED) and was happy to see that the box had been marked in BIG RED letters, FRAGILE, HANDLE WITH CARE (the Christmas gift was glass) and was delivered in good shape. Unfortunately, when I opened the box so I could wrap the gift the ONLY item in a box that was marked "FRAGILE" was the velvet travel jewelry case. Due to SOMEONE'S INCOMPETENCE I was forced to go out last minute to find something for my niece. I was so angry that I CHOSE NOT to contact the company at that time. However, I received a request from Femail and "their survey" company asking me about my experience with my order. I replied telling them I had NOT received all of my order. The request for a review of MY EXPERIENCE was sent to my email by Femail on 1/26/2020. I want to be very clear...I wasn't asking for a refund as it was NEVER about the money. If THEY hadn't sent this survey they (and other customers like myself) would not have known about the incompetence of one of their employees who was incapable of shipping an order that only consisted of 2 ITEMS! I decided to share this "additional review" for 2 reasons. 1. When I looked back on their original request for a review of my service I saw that they wanted my review for an order dated 1/15/2020!! There was NEVER an order for that date. My one and ONLY order was placed 12/4/2019 (and I have my original packing slip to prove that). Maybe the employee who "packed my order" sent the review request since they don't even have MY order date....more incompetence! 2. Even though I didn't "initially" call Femail about the missing item back in December (Christmas was over and I was NOT asking to be "compensated") it became very clear to me that this is NOT a company who VALUES their customers. When I replied to THEIR request letting them know what I had experienced I thought someone, ANYONE might "get in touch" and say "we are sorry this happened". To be fair...I did go to Femail Creations site where their reviews are posted....the posted reviews are from the survey company who contacted ME. I wanted to see what their reviews were (my review was NOT included). The survey I received consisted of 3 questions with the last being "did you receive your order"? I replied NO....which was the truth. Mistakes are made all the time and "their" request for review gave me the opportunity to make Femail Creations aware of my experience. I found it unacceptable that this company didn't bother to even acknowledge the issue I had shared with them. Recognition of the problem I had with an apology for all my inconvenience would have spoken volumes! I don't expect YOUR employee to respond to my experience...they didn't ask. YOU DID! I have had few problems with online ordering but any problems I had were promptly addressed and/or corrected by the company involved. Femail Creations could learn from those other sites. Customers ultimately pay your salaries and keep YOU in business. Just my experience and observation.
