My delivery arrived today and all trees apart from one was perfect. One of the trees had snapped in transit and looked terrible. I contacted the company , sent pictures and they immediately replaced my tree. Thank you fast growing ..

previously gave them 1 star as they were not returning my inquiries. spoke with a lovely lady today and she was helpful. I will definitely try them again as they are literally 3 miles from my home. I have lots of spring planting to do.

I ordered a tree on December 9th, a week when I knew someone would be home to bring the tree inside. It said 1-2 shipping and this was a Christmas present for someone who has a heated place to grow the tree. 10 DAYS later after not hearing from them, I called. They told me that they did not ship the tree because it is cold where I am and they delayed it until APRIL!!! It would be one thing to delay my order for this reason, it is a totally different problem to delay it without notifying me! The man on the phone told me he would try to ship it today (Dec. 19th) but he could not guarentee that it would be able to ship before the New Year. Two days later, no tree, no tracking number! What a terrible way to do business! I am thinking about canceling it, and ordering from someone else, even if neither one can get it to me before Christmas, I would rather give my business to someone who cares about their customers! EDIT: After writing the review, customer service reached out and went above and beyond to rectify the problem.

You know, I've been buying from Fast Growing Trees for a couple years now. This isn't directed at Fast Growing Trees, but I'm still not 100% convinced that buying trees online, let alone larger trees (in many cases), is the way to go. Now that being said. I had a couple of certificates they issued me on a refund - so they live up to their warranties. While I had time left I wanted to make sure I used those certificates because I'm the guy who waits and waits and before you know it, they're expired. I knew I had another promo code they sent me for being a customer but I couldn't locate it. Naturally, several minutes after I placed my order, I located it. I called them and a nice lady named Autumn applied it to my order and issued another gift eCard for the remainder after crediting my credit card. I cannot complain about service like that. They live up to their warranties and even went a step beyond and applied my promo code that I couldn't find to my still unshipped order. I have to give them the full five stars. I do trust them, even if I'm still not 100% sold on mail order trees. But out of the online nurseries I've dealt with, make no mistake - they're absolutely the best.
